YallaDine is one of our own products, engineered in Muscat on the same edge stack we use for client work: a statically exported Next.js front end, APIs running on Cloudflare's edge network, a vision model that reads menus in both languages, and a data layer that keeps every published menu version so a restaurant can roll back a bad edit instantly.

Is YallaDine really free for restaurants?

Yes. The free plan never expires and asks for no card. It includes the restaurant's own page with photos and branches, the full bilingual menu, AI menu reading from a photo or PDF, all 10 menu templates, a printable QR code, unlimited scans and menu views, guest ratings, scan analytics, and a listing in the YallaDine city and cuisine directory.
What does Pro cost and what does it add?

Pro is 15 OMR a month, or 149 OMR a year. It adds search and nearby discovery on YallaDine, a QR code for every table, table booking requests, ordering from the table, delivery orders within an area you set, a till with VAT and service charge, end-of-night cash-up, staff PIN sign-in, and a kitchen screen. Any restaurant can switch on 30 days of Pro free from its dashboard, with no card.
Does YallaDine take a commission on orders?

No. There is no commission, no per-order fee and no revenue share. Payments never pass through YallaDine — guests pay the restaurant the way they do today — so there is nothing to take a cut of. Pro is a flat monthly fee whether you do ten orders or ten thousand.
Do I have to type my menu in?

No. Upload a photo or PDF of the printed menu and an AI vision model reads it into sections, dishes and prices in English and Arabic. You review and correct it before anything goes live. Long menus can also be imported from a spreadsheet.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?

Nothing is deleted. The restaurant drops to the free plan and keeps its page, its whole menu and its QR code. There is no contract and no notice period.
Is it only for restaurants in Oman?

YallaDine is built in Muscat and its directory is densest across Oman, but a restaurant anywhere can sign up and menu prices are shown in the restaurant's own currency. The Pro subscription is billed in Omani Rial.
