Questions companies ask us
What is a "user" in a company pack?+
Someone who signs in to the company vault — an admin, editor or viewer. The employees whose documents you store are not users and are not counted, so one HR officer can keep the documents of hundreds of staff on a Team 5 pack.
How do the expiry reminders work?+
Every document has its own warning window (30 days by default). When a document enters it, and again at 7 days, 1 day and on the expiry date, it appears in a single daily email digest. For the company vault, every company admin receives it. Renewed documents stop alerting automatically.
Does the AI reader work with Omani and foreign documents?+
Yes. It reads the passport machine-readable zone with check digits, recognises Omani documents such as resident cards, CRs, Mulkiya and municipal licences, and names foreign issuers correctly — an Indian passport is never filed under ROP. You always review the fields before saving.
Is our employees' data safe?+
Each company's records are kept in their own isolated database table, files in private storage, and everything travels over HTTPS. Emailed links expire after 7 days. You can export all your data as a ZIP, and delete your account and data yourself.
How do we buy a company pack?+
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Your company starts on a free 30-day trial and we load your first 50 documents for you. Then you pay for the pack by bank transfer or card payment link — prepaid, no auto-renew — and we switch it on the same day. Packs start at 119 RO a year + VAT for 5 users.
What if I'm just one person?+
KhazeenaVault is free forever for a personal vault of 20 documents. Pro for individuals is 29 RO a year or 3.2 RO a month + VAT, with unlimited documents and a shared vault for up to 3 people.
Can we use Arabic?+
Yes. The whole app — menus, forms, dashboard — switches to Arabic with right-to-left layout in one tap, and Arabic-only documents are read and named in Arabic.
